Cancellation Policy
⟡ Cancellations must be made through text, phone call, or direct message ⟡ ⟡ A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations ⟡ ⟡ Cancellations made past the 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the service ⟡ ⟡ If the cancelled appointment is rescheduled within the same business day, the fee is reduced to 20% ⟡ ⟡ Repeated No-Call/No-Show appointments risk being banned from booking permanently ⟡ ⟡ I understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at my own discretion ⟡
